Say it plainly — We are not an Arabic school that adds a few school subjects. We are a full school that teaches Qur'an as well.

Every school day is divided into ten periods: five dedicated to Qur'an and Islamic education, five to mainstream academic education. Neither is treated as secondary to the other.

Curriculum one

Qur'an & Islamic education

Structured, sequenced Qur'an memorisation from the shortest Surahs, alongside Tajweed, Arabiyyah, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Adab and Adhkar — taught daily with the same rigour as any academic subject.

Equal footing — One school day. One standard. Every child.

Neither curriculum is an extra, an afterthought or a favour. Both are taught by qualified teachers, assessed continuously and recorded in the same reporting to families.

  • Every pupil sits the full accelerated NERDC curriculum — not a reduced or token version
  • Every pupil studies Hifz, Tajweed, Arabiyyah, Aqeedah and Fiqh al-Ibadah as core subjects
  • A daily Qur'an Diary tracks memorisation and revision, reviewed by parents and teachers
  • Children are treated equally and judged on effort, character and progress
  • Small class groups mean qualified teachers know every child individually
  • Regular PTA meetings and reporting keep families closely partnered in progress

The GIFTS difference — Qur'an memorisation. Full Western education. One whole child.

GIFTS was founded on the idea that early childhood and primary education can be rigorous, joyful and deeply rooted in faith, all at once. Great emphasis is placed on academic excellence, and equally great emphasis is placed on Qur'an memorisation from the Primary years. Neither is treated as secondary to the other.

Every school day is divided into five periods of Qur'an and Islamic education and five periods of mainstream academic education. Families are treated as partners, with a daily Qur'an Diary, regular reporting and PTA meetings keeping everyone aligned.

Prep and Nursery 1 begin with the final ten Surahs; Nursery 2 and Kindergarten extend the chain further.
